| Thank you for making your vacation reservation with us here at the Sea Pirate Campground. We will do whatever we can to make sure that your stay is a pleasurable one. At this time we want to point out to you some important polices to help prevent any discrepancies during your stay with us. Deposits and Refund Policies for our Cottages and our Deluxe Cabins require a 50% deposit when making your reservation and full payment at check in. This is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival date minus a $5.00 handling fee. A cleanup & security deposit of $200.00 is also required at check in (Master Card, Visa or Discover please). It is your responsibility to leave the rental unit as clean as you found it. Your deposit slip (or funds) will be mailed back to you in the week following your check out. |
| Other policies to be noted Pets are not permitted in our rental units. (Pets are permitted in some of the bare bone cabins, Trailer, Pop-Up, RV and Tent sites). All our rentals are based on a family rate, 2 adults and your children. We allow only one family to a unit. There is an additional charge for extra people and visitors. Please note that bed sheets, linens and towells are not supplied. We will supply pots and pans, some plate's, utensils and other items too. There will also be a coffeepot & microwave supplied in the unit. If other items are needed, we will try to assist you in getting them if we can. Smoking is not permitted in the rental units. Please also check all of our campground rules and regulations on the Site Rates page of our web site. We hope this is to your agreement.
